The international association ‘Sacroiliac Medical Expert Group e.V.’ was founded to explore the questions of pelvic girdle pain and SIJ syndrome more deeply and to evaluate and develop diagnostic and therapeutical standards and guidelines without bias. Many ideas and proposals have been discussed - but it takes dedicated manpower to define goals, to create structure and to maintain our projects. We need support of skilled researchers, surgeons, pain doctors, physical therapists and implant designing industry to improve therapies for millions of SIJ pain patients worldwide.
